CHOOSE YOUR WEAPON

Speed Ropes

Lightning fast. Zero drag. All fire.

For: Athletes, fighters, and anyone chasing insane cardio and fast feet.

Built for one thing: speed. Ultra-light cables and precision bearings make every jump razor-sharp. Perfect for high-rep workouts like double unders, sprints, and competitive circuits.

Best for:

  • HIIT

  • CrossFit WODs

  • Cardio bursts

  • Speed skill work

Note: Not for freestyle or strength — these ropes fly, but they won’t add resistance or control.

WEIGHTED ROPES

Power meets performance.

For: Strength seekers, power builders, and anyone who loves the burn.

Weighted ropes turn every swing into resistance training — sculpting shoulders, arms, and core while pushing your endurance to the limit. It’s cardio and strength training rolled into one.

Best for:

  • Resistance workouts

  • Upper body toning

  • Power cardio

  • Building explosive strength

💡 Beginner tip: Start with ¼ lb or ½ lb before jumping into the 1 lb+ beasts.

FREESTYLE ROPES

Flow state in motion.

For: Showstoppers, flow chasers, and precision masters.

These ropes are built for rhythm, control, and creativity. Perfect for tricks like crosses, side swings, mic releases, and dance-style routines. Light, responsive, and made for expression.

Best for:

  • Dance-inspired workouts

  • Flow combos

  • Freestyle performances

  • Creative challenges

🎭 Note: Skip the asphalt — these ropes are delicate artists.

EVERYDAY / BEGINNER ROPES

Zero fuss. All focus.

For: Anyone starting out or keeping it simple.

These ropes are your steady partner — durable, easy to use, and perfect for building rhythm, timing, and consistency. Great for warm-ups, casual cardio, or just staying sharp. A must-have in every jumper’s arsenal.

Best for:

  • Daily cardio

  • Building rhythm & timing

  • Warm-ups before strength days

  • Beginners finding their flow

Good news: Unlike freestyle ropes, these can handle a variety of surfaces — just keep them off rough concrete for longer life.

HOW TO SIZE YOUR ROPE

A rope that’s too short trips you up. Too long? Slows you down.
Here’s a simple guide:

Your Height Rope Length
4'10" – 5'3" 8 ft (2.4 m)
5'4" – 5'10" 9 ft (2.7 m)
5'11"+ 10 ft (3.0 m)

Quick Test: Step on the middle of the rope. The handles should reach just below your armpits.
If you're buying an adjustable rope (highly recommended for beginners), start longer and trim it as your skill improves.

Pick your rope. Own your results.
